PACKING OR REPACKING BOWS FOR SHIPMENT BOWS
MUST ALWAYS BE DOUBLE BOXED AND PADDED!!
IT IS IMPORTANT TO REALISE THAT MOST DAMAGE OCCURS AS A RESULT OF THE BOWS RATTLING AROUND LOOSELY INSIDE THE BOW CASE.
THEREFORE:
INSIDE THE BOW CASE or TUBE: *Be sure that each bow is separated by packing material from its neighbor, and that there is packing material at the ENDS of the bows. *There should be NO AUDIBLE MOVEMENT inside the closed box when it is shaken.
IN THE MAILING CARTON: *Wrap the bow case/tube in the bubble wrap so that it is cushioned on all sides and at the ends. *There should be NO AUDIBLE MOVEMENT inside the closed carton when it is shaken.
PLEASE CROSS OUT, TAPE OVER, or REMOVE OLD BAR CODE LABLES. It confuses the shipping folks.
RETURN VIA:
First choice - U. S. Priority mail with SIGNATURE REQUIRED SLIP
Or - UPS or Federal Express second day service with SIGNATURE REQUIRED
* DO NOT LET THE SHIPPER “sell you up” to overnight shipping or registered mail. Two or three day service is perfectly fine, and MY SHOP INSURANCE WILL COVER THE BOWS IN TRANSIT.
You DO NOT NEED to purchase additional insurance from the shipper.
PLEASE INCLUDE PAYMENT FOR OUTGOING SHIPPING.
*Please call with any questions. Thanks, Harry
